On duty 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, our well-trained staff has many years of experience in senior adult living. Training through extensive seminars and annual meetings from senior living organizations including Leading Age, Aging Services of Georgia and Grace Management is ongoing.
For assisted living residents, the caregiver ratio to resident is about one per 10 residents during daytime hours and one per 23 at night. All caregivers are required to be CNA certified or possess a strong medical background, and must obtain certification in CPR and First Aid. All caregivers must take at least 16 hours of continuing education a year related to the caring of for seniors.
With low turnover, our staff comes to know each patient and their particular needs in order to provide the highest level of service possible.
