As a girl becomes a woman, it is a special time in her life!
This program will assist 8-12 year old girls, along with their mother/female support person, to understand their changing bodies, the potential challenges they face, and a sense of knowing they are not alone! The focus of this informative and interactive class is to enhance communication to assist with explaining the physical and emotional changes involved with puberty. The class will be at the Women's Health Center.

This four-week series is designed for expectant mothers and their support person to assist them to have the best pregnancy, birth and early parenting experiences.

This class is ideal for parents, grandparents, and babysitters. It provides hands-on training in infant CPR and choking, as well as infant safety measures.
This course covers the techniques of CPR and foreign body removal for adult / child and infant patients, as well as basic first aid skills. It also demonstrates effective operation of an automated external defibrillator. A two year certification card is obtained through skill check off and completion of the course.
Student manuals are available upon receipt of payment for the course.
Taught by board-certified lactation consultants, this class will help expectant mothers learn the basics of breastfeeding — from techniques and positioning to overcoming common challenges.
This Course is the required CPR certification course for healthcare providers. It includes a two-year certification card. Class will be held at the Women’s Health Center Education Room. Pre-registration is required.
