Providing feedback to improve your home care experience

On admission, each and every patient under our care is given written and verbal instructions on what to do if a problem arises with staff or care provided. Patients also have an opportunity to express their satisfaction of the care they receive following the completion of their treatment.

Our goal is to provide every one of our patients with very good care each time we enter their home. To help us determine our patients’ level of satisfaction, all patients receive Press Ganey patient satisfaction surveys. We encourage each of our patients to complete and return these surveys. Doing so helps us learn what we are doing well and identify and address any issues that need improvement.
